Mysak have attended
the 2nd race in the Norway Cup as the only pro stock.
Finally the tractor is working as it is supposed to. Now
it's just to figure out to run the tractor and reading the

Back home after
attending the
Wings and Wheel show in Telemark last weekend.

Finally the new engine
in Mysak have done some RPM's. Mysak is almost ready for the
2009 season, minor details are to be prepared for the first
competition in May.

First start up of the
engine ended with broken bearings caused by a water leak
into the oil sump. Now the engine is dismantled and new
bearings to be installed. Movie from the first start up:

The new engine and
frame has taken much more time than expected. Mysak has
missed both the Norwegian competitions and the chance for
attending the European Championship. At the moment we are
waiting for som parts from the US and some parts produced at
local work shop. Hopefully We will be able to start in
Herning in the end of July.

A lot of needed parts
has arrived the workshop. Some adjustments needs to be done
and then the assembly of the tractor can start.

Mysak is Puller Of The
Year 2007!
21.11.2007
A lot of people paid
us a visit during the open day. A lot of good pulling
discussions and stories were told. The big news this day was
the new owners (Team Jærbuen) of the Dutch modified puller
Black Cat.
The engine is machined
to 8,3L. Several parts are in production and the first
milestone is to complete the chassis within the 21 of
November. The 21 of November we are going to have open house
for everybody that are interested in tractor pulling.

The new frame and hood
are under construction.

18. place in the
European Championship. Problems with the clutch caused to no
power to the rear wheels when the load got heavy. For

We have decided to
compete in the EM in Herning this year. Some adjustments
have to be done and we are going to use the Firestone puller
wheels from
Innovator to get the right traction. See

We got a 4th place,
beaten by 3 of the Danish Euro cup pro-stocks. By this we
got 20 points in the Norwegian Cup and we have 60 points in
total that makes us the winner of the Norwegian cup this

Preparation of the field. We spent all
day working on the field to prepare this for the first run
in the NC.

Almost ready for NC

Rear end and gear box
has been repainted. The tractor is now ready for completion.

New gear ratio has
been installed in the gear box. Some minor adjustments had
to be done to make this gear ratio fit.

Roll over protection
has been modified. This can now be removed for transport.

New crank from Rough &
Tumble Pro Stock team has
arrived the work shop. Now we will have a bit longer stroke
in the new engine.

New gear ratio is
bought from the Snoopy pulling team. We will replace the low gear ratio
with a gear ratio that is a bit higher than the standard high gear ratio.

By the end of 2007
Mysak will have a new design. This because of the new engine
and more HP. The picture gives you an idea of how the
tractor is going to look like, but a lot can change during
the year.

The gear box and rear
end of the tractor are going through a major upgrade. The
tractor is being prepared for the new engine that will be
mounted by the end of 2007.

Testing of the new
Bryne Pulling Arena. The field where not too good in the
beginning, but became better after some pulls. The tractor
worked well with turbo charging pressure near by 6 Barg!
After the pulling there was arranged pulling party for all
the pullers. This was a nice end of the Norwegian pulling
season of 2006.

The tractor is ready
for test pulling on the new Bryne pulling arena the 26 of
August. The exhaust manifold gasket is changed, the hole in
the engine oil sump is fixed an new oil is filled.

We where running show
on Etnemarknaden Saturday and Sunday the 5 and 6 august. In
second pull on Saturday the gasket on the exhaust manifold
blow and we had problems to build up charging pressure. In
first pull on Sunday we lost a plug in the engine oil sump
and lost some engine oil. The two other pro-stock (Victoria
and Lady Blue) got problems during the first pull and
couldn't run for the second pull. We wanted to run the
second pull, and had to find a solution to fix the leak. We
used a bit of cloth to stop the leak and run the second run
quite well.

New
drawbar is fabricated and painted. Now we easy can adjust the height
and length of the drawbar.

First
round of NC at Randaberg. The tractor worked well, but not
heavy enough in the back. We came 6 metres at first try.
Second try was better, with a little bit over 66 metres.

The
clutch is unassembled for inspection. Norges Tractor pulling
Forbund by Tom Westergård inspects the clutch, watches
the tractor, and approves it. 2 mm cover around the turbo
becomes made and assembled the next days.

The tractor arrives Sola.

The tractor becomes bought in Motala in Sweden from Mats
Johansson. We test the tractor, and find this very
interesting.
